OUR BEGINNER BASICS

This 60 - minute class focuses on basic yoga postures. You will learn alignment, how to match breath with movement, strengthen your muscles, and create flexibility. 

Each class will focus on one main theme each week!

CLASS SIZEs

We are a boutique yoga studio with small classes that make a big impact! Our YESbeginner series holds a maximum of 10 people so that you can receive more one-on-one instruction!

THIS SERIES IS FOR YOU IF......

-You're a total beginner

-You can't touch your toes

-You just want to move and stretch, but don't want to do any of that "crazy yoga stuff"

-You want to move a little slower, work on the basics, and relax

-You're in any stage of your yoga practice (advanced or beginner)

This class is for you if you want to change things up in your life and in your workouts!

When:

Mondays from 5 to 6pm

January 24th through February 28th
