Program includes a 30 day workbook filled with daily check-ins and prompts, journal questions, and more. *Workbook will be mailed to online program attendees for you to use at your own pace.

- One on One Program includes four 45-minute meetings (zoom or in-person) and 2 15-minute check in meetings, workbook, and a t-shirt!
