Leftover Chicken Burger Salad

Recreating leftover meals is definitely a thing in our house. So for the chicken burgers that I made, this time I created a burger salad with coleslaw and pickles

INGREDIENTS:

- Leftover Chicken Burger

- 1/4 cup mayo

- 2 tbs dijon mustard

- Squeeze of Lemon Juice

- 2/3 pickles, chopped

- 2 tsp celery seed

- Chopped Cabbage

- Chopped Lettuce

- Salt & Pepper

 

Mix mayo, mustard, lemon juice, pickles, celery seed, and cabbage together in a bowl to make coleslaw. Chop lettuce and place coleslaw on top. For easy to-go lunches, I dice the chicken and put in a smaller Tupperware for easy heating.
