Honey Mustard Chicken Burger

I have never really messed with ground chicken much, but I've been inspired by a ton of posts over some of the food bloggers I follow on instagram and thought I would give it a shot.


- 1lb Ground Chicken

- 2 tbs Dijon Mustard

- 2 tbs Garlic Powder

- 1 tbs Onion Powder

- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

- 1 cup Gluten Free Flour Blend

- 1 2tbs paprika

- Honey Mustard Dressing (Make your own too using honey, dijon mustard, vinegar, olive oil, and garlic powder)

- Salad ingredients (I used lettuce, avocado, carrots, and sesame seeds)


Mix ground chicken, mustard, garlic and onion powder, and maple syrup in a bowl. Using your hands mix well. Shape into small round discs and dredge in GF flour blend. 

Cook on a skillet on medium heat for about 6 minutes each side until cooked thoroughly. Serve over a salad or using bread.
