Crispy Chicken Wings (GF, DF)

If you're vegan/vegetarian this one isn't for you. I've been playing with my air fryer a lot (yes, I know, I'm like 500 years behind on the trend) but I made some super crispy chicken wings that the entire family loved!


Marinade Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1 bunch chopped parsley

- salt & pepper to taste

- 3 - 4 garlic cloves, minced

- Juice of one lemon


Pat dry chicken wings and mix marinade together. Let chicken sit in marinade up to 4 hours. If you let chicken marinate overnight, just be sure to bring the chicken back up to room temp before you cook them!


Place chicken on tray and cook in air fryer for 30 minutes at 380 degrees (or you can hit the chicken button, and rotate halfway through! 


Serve with whatever else your kids will eat HA!
