Basil & Spinach Pesto (GF, Vegan)

As we all know I'm trying to live the no nightshade life. This is officially my new pizza and pasta sauce and it's been doing the job to make me happy as I'm seriously missing tomato sauce! 


- 2 cups Spinach

- 1/4 cup Basil

- 3 garlic cloves

- 1 lemon, juiced

- 3 tbs nutritional yeast

- 3 tbs olive oil

- 2tbs red wine vinegar

- 1/2 cup vegan Parmesan

- Salt and Pepper to taste


Using food processor place all ingredients and pulse until well mixed. Make a batch and use all week! *Pictured below using on pizza.
