I don't know about you, but I do love myself an afternoon drink or happy hour. I'm not into mommy wine culture, but recently I've found myself craving a drink but not wanting the side effects...here lies the mocktail. I can drink as much as I want and BOOM, tastes good and I can still focus!
So, I'm introducing: The Kyle, Make a Mocktail Recipes. I'll post one per month, hopefully seasonal, or whatever I'm craving and you get the benefit of a good drink and no impact!
- 5-8 Blackberries
- 1 tbs lime juice
- 5-7 mint leaves
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 bottle topo chico or your fizzy water of choice!
If you don't have a cocktail muddler, just use a wooden spoon. You'll muddle the blackberries, lime juice and honey until you see juice come from the blackberries.
The very bougey party that is still very cocktail like, that Kyle LOVES, you'll clap each mint leave between your hands, and add them to the cocktail shaker or glass depending on your presentation.
Pour your fizzy water over your mix and garnish with a lime and straw!
