Ginger Salad Dressing (GF, Vegan)

OMG Let's talk about how much I love going to a Hibachi restaurant and the ginger salad dressing. YUMMMMM. I know and I just totally ruined your day because you now picture an onion on fire while the chef does the train whistle and they tricked you by flinging a shrimp at your face or flipped your friend rice container. Don't worry, I'm giving you the GF version of this recipe so you can eat it at home. No need for the drama!!!!

INGREDIENTS:

-1/2 cup chopped onion

- 3 garlic cloves, peeled

- 2 tbs ginger, chopped

- 2 celery sticks

- 2tbs ketchup

- juice from 1/2 lemon

- 1/3 c rice vinegar

- 1/4 cup coconut aminos

- 2 tbs tahini ( I add this because I'm just overly obsessed with tahini, you can leave out)

-1/4 c sesame oil

- 2 tbs water

-2 tsp coconut sugar

-salt and pepper to taste

Using a food processor, combine all ingredients on high until smooth.

I like to use iceberg, cabbage mix, carrots, and cucumbers as a base for the salad.
