When sh*t hits the fan, what do you rely on?

 

Yes, it’s about staying calm in the midst of chaos and stress, but it’s also about leaning on your principles, your values, your practices, and all of those moments you create with a clear mind.

 

If you meditate and journal, you are in a calm state in which thoughts come up and you deal with them, but then when chaos comes can you rely on that? 

 

It’s all about practice. 

 

Those thoughts you had when you were calm won’t steer you wrong. Those goals, your vision, your purpose were all created in clarity, don’t let the chaos shift your thinking.
