November is normally, and unoriginally, a time to practice gratitude. But this November, we said f*ck it. Why not lean in and seriously practice bringing gratitude into our everyday life.
In this study, gratitude was not only shown to increase overall well-being, but created an upward spiral of emotions.
Can you imagine having an upward spiral of emotions, instead of dread, doom, gloom and despair all flowing together to bring everyone else down around you? No? Just me...okay.
