When you don't want pizza because your kid loves pizza, but you also don't want to make individual meals for everyone. Here it is... The Pizza Salad
- Salad Greens of your choice, I'm an iceberg kinda person
- Whatever pizza ingredients you love, mine include the following:
- 3-4 Salami Slices
- 3-4 large pepperoni slices
-sliced banana peppers
- green or black olives
-red pepper flakes
- 1/4 of tomato sauce (optional)
- 2 tbs red wine vinegar
- 3-5 tbs olive oil
- Vegan Parmesan Cheese
The best thing to do is just to grab your favorite pizza toppings, chop them all up and place on top of salad greens. For the dressing you can mix tomato sauce with olive oil, vinegar, oregano, and red pepper flakes for the dressing, or opt out of tomato sauce all together.
