This is another instagram influenced dish! Super easy to make, just remember to let the meat marinate (that's always the hardest part for me.)
INGREDIENTS:
1lb flank steak
2 oranges, juiced
3 limes, juiced
2 lemons, juiced
1 large yellow onion (1/2 for marinade, 1/2 for tacos)
2 bunches cilantro (1 bunch for marinade, 1 bunch for tacos)
2 tsp paprika
2 ttsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
2 tbs coconut aminos
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp oregano
salt and pepper
Mix dried ingredients together and cover both sides of flank steak. Place flank steak in a bag or deep dish and pour juices on top. Add onions and cilantro on top.
Cover and let sit in refrigerator for at least 6-8 hours.
Bring steak back to room temperature and heat grill to medium/high heat, and grill for about 8 minutes each side.
Let the steak rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
Assemble for tacos with onions and cilantro, or make a salad and top with Primal Kitchen Cilantro Dressing!
