This all things green salad is a refrigerator throw together, if you know what I mean. I took this to a friends house as an easy side salad for dinner! It's full of flavor and all things green, so you know it's good for you!
- Butter Lettuce or your favorite lettuce of choice
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
- 1 handful of mint, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil, REALLY GOOD QUALITY
- 2 tbs red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Mix it all together and pour on dressing and toss!
