YES 30/30 is "Prana and Dhyana Class." This class focuses on meditation, breath, and basic mindful movements. Class begins with 30 minutes of meditation and/or breath work (Pranayama) and will end with 30 minutes of basic yoga postures in a vinyasa style format.
Start your day off with a space to sit, a space to feel, and a space to be. This class is for all levels of yogis, and is geared towards those who enjoy a bit more stillness and want to deepen their practice of meditation.
