YES 30/30 is a split between 30 minutes of vinyasa based, one breath per movement class and yin or deep stretching. Start your day off with a space to sit, a space to feel, and a space to be. This class is for all levels of yogis, and is geared towards those who enjoy a bit more stillness and want to deepen their practice of meditation.
