Join Erin Cummings, co-founder of YESyoga, for a 45 minute The Sunday Burn sequence that was previous filmed for a LIVE class. This class is for all levels of yogis, especially those that want to sweat it out! Roll out your mat, grab some water, and get grounded in your practice with some time just for you!


The Sunday Burn: Based on YESyoga's Signature Flow, this class combines the benefits of traditional vinyasa yoga and breath with movement that activates the core. "Burn" means create power by challenging you at your peak through intensity and depth. Use your body’s own weight and stamina to get a complete workout. This class offers a place to challenge your body and allow your mind to quiet down and find focus.
