YESteen Mindfulness

A 6-week Series for Anxiety: Sundays September 12 - October 17

With the uncertainty of school, plus demands of school workload, negative self-talk, problems with friends, social isolation, body image, being over stimulated with technology, and the transition from childhood to adulthood, our teens have a lot on their minds.  

Especially during teen years, expectations are high and distractions are everywhere. Our 6-week YESteen Mindfulness: A Series for Anxiety, will give teenaged kids the tools to get present, pay non-judgmental attention to their lives, and destress.  

Through releasing endorphins with movement, to slowing down their sympathetic nervous system with breathing techniques, and expressing their emotion with journaling and movement, YESteens will build self-discipline, stay focused, and learn tools to help them on a daily basis. 

Whether it’s test-taking, studying habits, COVID anxiety, or friendships, spark true resilience, curiosity, and courage in our teens by igniting healthy habits and tools for them to use for the rest of their lives! 

*This program is open to ages 13 to 17 ONLY.


In our 6-week YESteens Mindfulness Series kids will focus each week on:

- Short group chat & class intention setting

- Breathing Practice

- Guided  Meditation

- Yoga
