Prenatal yoga is a great way to connect your body and tune in to all the changes you're going through: to take time to get to know your body as it progresses and understand what's happening. Whether you want to come in for restoration, relaxation, or to adapt your current practice, it should be a time to learn about, and work with, your body as it is now.
Our YESprenatal Yoga classes are specifically for pregnant mothers second trimester and above.
These classes will give you the tools to help release any tightness in your low back, create core strength to stabilize your pelvis, help you build overall strength as you become further along in your pregnancy, and help you relax and rejuvenate your body.
Please consult with your doctor before beginning any classes, and no yoga experience is required.
YESprenatal classes will be scheduled for 4 weeks at a time, with a 2-week break in between each 4-week program.

$80 for each 4 class pack
$25 drop-in (FREE to YESunlimited members)
*Classes are valid for 6 months, make-ups can be made within other 4 week sessions.
