YESyoga

Yes 45

Based on a standard vinyasa flow, combines the benefits of traditional yoga and breath with movement that activates the core. Use your body’s own weight and stamina to get a complete workout in just 45 minutes. This heated class offers a place to challenge your body and allow your mind to quiet down and find focus, while getting a quick class in before, during, and after work.

Yes 60

With over 20 options on our schedule during the week, our signature 60 minute class is YES 60.  Based on a standard vinyasa flow, this class combines the benefits of traditional yoga and breath with movement that activates the core. Use your body’s own weight and stamina to get a complete workout. This heated class offers a place to challenge your body and allow your mind to quiet down and find focus.

Yes 75

Our 75 minute class, based on a standard vinyasa flow, combines the benefits of traditional yoga and breath with movement that activates the core. Use your body’s own weight and stamina to get a complete workout. This heated class offers a place to challenge your body and allow your mind to quiet down and find focus, while being committed to more than just one hour.

Yes Lunch

Take a break from your desk or computer, and find time on your mat. Join us for a 45 minute lunch yoga flow. This class will be a vinyasa based class solely focused on relaxing your shoulders, opening your hips, and building strength in your back and core.  

YES Hot Yoga

Taking the knowledge and power of a hot or Bikram class, we’ve modified it to a more relaxed setting and open dialogue between instructor and yogi. This class still uses all the poses in the original dialogue, but with lots of discussion and cueing to help other yogis understand the differences and technicalities between the styles of yoga. Shortened to 75 minutes, this class will highlight every muscle in your body.

YES Remix

Remixing many styles of yoga, this class offers a different kind of practice that moves between traditional vinyasa, 26 and 2, and hatha. Focusing on technique and alignment when needed and then focusing on breath and flow, this class will provide a window into different styles and postures by highlighting shoulders, legs, hips, back etc. during different classes.

YES Fundamental

This hybrid class combines the best parts of a vinyasa class with interstitials of workshopping. We break down the flow into simple parts that are easy to understand, questions addressed, tips given and assists provided. Useful for not only beginners, YES Fundamental can help experienced yogis further their progress and fine tune their practice.

Power Inner Fire

Our instructors help set the energy and tone for this power vinyasa class that focuses on a specific devotion or intention. Beginning slowly and mindfully, this class builds over time to incorporate more than just the physical movement so that your body becomes a moving meditation for 60 minutes.

Slow Power Burn

Low-impact and and technically focused, this workout focuses on moving at a slowed-down rate, holding poses for multiple breaths at a time and feeling the burn while you master the flow. Surrender your mind while your body burns for 45, 60, or 75 minutes.

The Sunday Stretch

Taking some principles of yin and also pulling from different stretches and disciplines, this class offers a chance to slow down and breathe into not just muscle groups, but connective tissue as well. Poses are held for an extended period of time (3-5 minutes) and breath is critical. This class is not recommended for pregnant women or to anyone with injuries.

The Monday Smolder

Smolder means to burn slowly with smoke and no flame. The Monday Smolder is an opportunity to create depth using our heated room with a mindful practice. Heat things up with 30 minutes of vinyasa yoga and continue the smoke with 30 minutes of deep stretching. This molded class of vinyasa and yin will create an opportunity for depth of mind and body. 

THE FRIDAY CLEAR

The idea behind "Clear" is to clear your space before you set up to build a fire. Clear your mind of the week behind and the week ahead of you through meditation and mindful vinyasa movements. Starting with a meditation and ending in constructive rest, this slow paced and relaxing class will get you set up for the weekend by clearing space for you mentally and emotionally.
