The idea behind "SMOLDER" is to decrease the intensity of practice without losing any heat. These classes focus on deep stretching and deep breathing. Add this to any active rest day or when you are really stressed to add that element of intensity without the burnout of cardio. These classes are great for ambitious beginners or those who want to slow down their practice but want to keep the intensity of breath.
