The YESyin Meridian: Yin Yoga for Holding Space For Your Difficult Emotions
Join YESyoga and Chris Bishop, a YESyoga Teacher and Certified Chinese Meridian and Yin Yoga Teacher trained by Annie Au, for a Yin Yoga and Chinese Meridian workshop. This workshop is focused on poses where you will be either seated or laying down and is open to all levels of yogis.
The second week of YESyoga's 40 Day Program is focused on anger. Chris will provide you with a practice to help cultivate your capacity to honor power and challenging emotions as they arise.
Expect guided activities, discussions, and a talk on: fascia; Chinese Meridians and clearing stagnated energy along your Liver Meridian; and a 60-minute practice to kickstart your yin journey. Chris will provide a background of soothing traditional Chinese music and themed poetry to support your practice.
You will leave with handouts, including a guide to the practice. You can literally roll out your mat and work through this practice as soon as you get home from the workshop.
